Terms and conditions
It's first precised that the conditions manage the sales of designer toys and other products presented on ellaime-design.com. These terms are the only one that can be applicable.
ARTICLE 1 - Pricing
1.1 - Prices are indicated in euros and all taxes are included except customs taxes and shipping costs. These prices are displayed in Euros (€).
1.2 - In case you order from another country than France you are the importer of the concerned products. For every products shipped out of the EU and DOM-TOM, the price will be calculated with the VAT included referring the French law. Some customs taxes can be asked by the customs of the country of destination depending on the legislation of the country of destination. ELLAIME-DESIGN.COM cannot be responsible for these taxes. You'll be charged in addition to the amount you'll have already paid to ELLAIME-DESIGN.COM and you will charge by your local authorities. We advise you to get in touch with your local authorities in order to get more infos.
1.3 - All the orders must be paid in Euros (€).
1.4 - ELLAIME-DESIGN.COM can change some prices at any moment but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices displayed during the recording of the orders subject to availability.
ARTICLE 2 - ORDER

Contractual informations are presented in french and english and will be confirmed with all the informations at the latest during the delivery.
ARTICLE 3 - CONFIRMATION
When you order items at ellaime-design.com, you declare that you accept fully and without any reserve your order including the totality of the General Terms of Sales.
The data recorded by the payment system (PayPal) are a proof of the financial transactions.
ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY
Our products offers are proposed in the limit of the available quantities.
When a product is not available anymore, it will be displayed SOLD OUT and you will not have the possibility to order it anymore. Nonetheless depending on our providers' availability, the product could be newly in stock on the website.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
Products are delivered at the delivery address that you indicated during the order process.
The timing in delivery are medium timing and they correspond to timing in treatment and delivery for the products sent to Metropolitan France and Monaco.
ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT
The payment of your buyings will be done by using your PayPal account.
ARTICLE 9 - SATISFIED OR REFUND
9.1 - You benefit of 15 days term from the day of reception of your order to return it if you are not satisfied.
You will have to pay for the shipping back to our warehouse. Only the price of the bought products will be refund.

The products sent back uncompleted, damaged, or dirty by the customer will not be refund.
9.2 - We engage ourselves to refund or exchange the products which do not correspond to your order.
In that case we thank you to fully explain the matter and send it back to us. ELLAIME-DESIGN.COM will proceed to the exchange or will refund you of the products (under the form of buying tickets that can be used on the totality of ELLAIME-DESIGN.COM.
In the case targetted by the article 9.2, the shipping cost will be refund. Nonetheless, the amount of the freight back refund won't be superior to 1,5 times the amount of the shipping cost invoiced initially.
9.3 - The refunds will be made in timing inferior or equal to 15 days after the reception of the products in our warehouse.
The refunds will be done with PayPal addressed to the client who will have paid for the order.

ARTICLE 11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the text, commentaries, illustrations and images reproduct on the website ELLAIME-DESIGN.COM are worldwide reserved to the title of copyrights. To that title and according to the disposals of the Intellectual Property Code, only the private use and under reserve of some more restrictive disposal of the Intellectual Property Code. Every other use can be considered as falsification and punished according to the Intellectual Property Code except with ELLAIME-DESIGN.COM agreement. Every total or partial reproduction of the ELLAIME-DESIGN.COM website is strictly forbidden.
ARTICLE 12 - RESPONSIBILITY
The products offered on ELLAIME-DESIGN.COM comply to the French Law. It belongs to you to check with your local authorities the possibilities to import the products that you want to buy. The photography and the texts presenting the products are not contractual. So the ELLAIME-DESIGN.COM responsibility could not be engaged in case of mistake in one of these photos or texts.ELLAIME-DESIGN.COM cannot be responsible for the non execution of the contract in case of end of stock or unavailability of the product, major force, disturbance or complete strike or restricted postal service and means of transport and communication, flooding, fire.
ELLAIME-DESIGN.COM will not engage any responsibility for any indirect damages, loss of exploitation, loss of benefit, loss of chance, damage or fees.
Some hypertext links can connect to some other websites than ELLAIME-DESIGN.COM. ELLAIME-DESIGN.COM will not engage his responsibility in the case where the content of these sites would not respect the legal dispositions and the rules acting.
The present contract is submitted to French law. The language of the contract is in both languages French and English. In case of trouble only the French court will be compliant.
ARTICLE 13 - PRIVACY
ELLAIME-DESIGN.COM will not transfer to third part the private information that you communicate to us. These ones are confidential. It will be used only by our internal services to treat your orders and to improve and adapt the communication and the cultural offer reserved to the ELLAIME-DESIGN.COM customers.
As a consequence, according to the law regarding computing and freedom of the 6th of January 1978, you have to right to access, modificate and suppress your personal data.
To proceed, you just have to ask us through an email or mail that indicates your name, first name and address.
